Phaedra Parks of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' welcomes a baby boy
It's another boy for "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks and her husband, Apollo Nida.
The reality star welcomed her second child on Wednesday, May 8, according to People magazine. A spokesperson for Parks said, "Mother and baby are happy and healthy." No other details about the child, including his name, were reported.
Parks confirmed her pregnancy in late December. Parks, an entertainment attorney and aspiring mortician, and Nida, a certified personal trainer, wed in 2009. The two have a 2-year-old son named Ayden.
Parks joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" in the show's third season. It was recently announced that her reality co-star NeNe Leakes is getting her own spin-off series that will focus on her upcoming second wedding to ex-husband Gregg Leakes.
Porsha Stewart, who also stars on the reality show with Parks, recently talked about her impending divorce from her estranged husband Kordell Stewart. She revealed during an interview on "Watch What Happens Live" on April 21 that she learned about her husband filing for divorce on Twitter.
