Orlando Brown of 'That's So Raven' arrested on suspicion of DUI
Former child star and "That's So Raven" actor Orlando Brown was arrested on Friday, August 12, in Los Angeles on suspicion of driving under the influence, the OnTheRedCarpet.com has learned.
The 23-year-old was stopped by police in front of his Hollywood home because his vehicle did not have a license plate. Officers then noticed he smelled of alcohol and later arrested the actor on suspicion of driving under the influence. The actor's pregnant girlfriend was also in the vehicle at the time. Brown was booked at the local Hollywood police station at 12:35 a.m. and was released on Saturday, August 13, at 7:42 a.m. on $15,000 bail.
Brown has a scheduled court date for September 8.
The actor played 3J in "Family Matters" but is likely best known for playing Eddie Thomas on "That's So Raven" from 2003 to 2007. He has also had roles in movies like "Major Payne" and "Max Keeble's Big Move."
E! News notes that this is not the first time the actor has had trouble with the law. In 2007 he was charged with possession of marijuana.
