Olivia Wilde puts beach house on the market following divorce - see pictures
The Cape Cod-style house is listed at $3,095,000. It was built in 1920 and is a few blocks from the beach in Venice, California, according to Realtor.com. Check out photos from Wilde's home.
The "TRON: Legacy" and "House" star filed divorce papers on March 3 in Los Angeles Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences. Wilde, 26, had been married to her husband, Italian prince Tao Ruspoli, 35, for eight years. The home has been on the market for 44-days, which is approximately two weeks after the actress filed divorce papers.
The couple eloped in 2003 and announced their separation on February. The two have no children and it was their first marriage.
Ruspoli currently lives in Venice, California and has directed several documentaries. His family owns Rome's Palazzo Ruspoli and a castle in Vignanello, Italy.
"We eloped, then had weddings at my parents' Virginia farmhouse and the garden of his family's castle outside Rome," Wilde told People in 2007. "There were stilt walkers, drummers, flag bearers; it was surreal and beautiful and amazing, like a fairy tale."
Wilde recently filmed the movies "Cowboys & Aliens" with Harrison Ford, "James Bond" actor Daniel Craig and "Butter" with Hugh Jackman and "Twilight" actress Ashley Greene.
