Nick Cannon says he has to cut back on his busy schedule after doctors found blood clots in his lungs.

The 31-year-old says he has already stepped down as host of his New York City radio show, "Rollin.'"

"A bitter sweet morning," Cannon Tweeted on Friday. "I have to stop my radio show. Doctors orders. The Doctors found blood clots in my lungs and said if I don't slow down and stop working so hard then it's a wrap!"

"I guess I can't drive at 200 mph for the whole road trip, Time to put the car in cruise control," Cannon added. "Even Super Man had to sleep!"

In January, Cannon, who also hosts the NBC show "America's Got Talent" was hospitalized in Aspen, Colorado for what his wife, singer Mariah Carey, called a "mild kidney failure." It is unclear if the ailments are related.

Carey, 41, and Cannon, 31, wed in April 2009. The pair became parents to healthy twins Monroe and Moroccan, who also go by "Roc and Roe," in April 2011 via Caesarean section. The date also marked the couple's second wedding anniversary. The already famous twin babies even have their own website, dembabies.com, where fans can sneak a peek at personal photos of the family.
