Muppets Kermit and Miss Piggy, Tina Fey named as Oscar presenters
Muppets Kermit and Miss Piggy and "30 Rock" star Tina Fey will be presenters at the 84th Academy Awards on February 26, the ceremony's producers announced on February 17.
Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, who remain a Hollywood power couple, will be making their fifth appearance at the Academy Awards. They recently appeared in "The Muppets," which is nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song, "Man or Muppet." The song was written by "Flight of the Conchords" star Bret McKenzie and performed by the film's human stars, Jason Segel and Amy Adams.
