The five-part Live Well Network special series "Miss America: Secret's Revealed," premieres on January 7 at 8 p.m. ET and host Rebecca Spera talked to all 53 women competing for the title of 2013 Miss America about their beauty secrets.

The annual pageant will air on January 12 on ABC.

Check out a guest post from Rebecca Spera herself:

When I learned I was going to cover Miss America for the 'Live Well Network special series, 'Miss America: Secrets Revealed,' I could have done pirouettes, back flips, and sung at the top of my lungs ... that's IF I had a talent.

Instead, I had the spectacular opportunity to live through the lives of 53 young beauties for one week. And, WOW is all I can say. They have brains. They have personality. And they have what's right up my alley: Juicy beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets.

Miss District of Columbia Allyn Rose claims her toned tush and legs are thanks to her hobby on wheels, and her biggest beauty tip is done behind the wheel.

I learned from Miss West Virginia Kaitlin Gates how to get a butt lift in seconds: All you need is glue and a girlfriend!

Miss Arizona Piper Stoekel never leaves home without multiple rolls of duct tape for a variety beauty and fashion uses. As she says, "It gets the job done."

But you'll have to watch to find out more! These are just a few of the fun and fabulous tricks coming up this week on "Miss America: Secrets Revealed."

BONUS: Check out makeup, beauty and other tips from Miss South Carolina Ali Rogers, Miss West Virginia Kaitlin Gates, Miss Arizona Piper Stoeckel, Miss Virgin Islands Aniska Tonge. (Watch video, above)
