Miss America 2011 contestants share beauty tips

The 2011 Miss America pageant is set to take place on Saturday in Las Vegas and air on ABC at 9 p.m. ET and the contestants shared with OnTheRedCarpet.com some of their beauty tips.

Miss California, Arianna Afsar, always has lip gloss in her bag, while Miss New York, Claire Buffie, revealed the importance of vaseline, saying it can also be used to remove mascara.

The six judges are actress Marilu Henner,"The View" host Joy Behar, Miss America 1990 Dr. Debbye Turner Bell, "Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry, "Dancing With the Stars" pro dancer Tony Dovolani, footwear designer Taryn Rose and country singer Mark Wills.

Chris Harrison, host of ABC dating reality show "The Bachelor," and "Dancing With the Stars" co-host Brooke Burke will host the pageant.
