Miley Cyrus on breast implant rumors: these babies are all mine

Miley Cyrus sparked rumors that she had undergone breast implant surgery when she wore a revealing gown this weekend, but the former Disney star has laughed off the reports on Twitter.

"Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!" Cyrus Tweeted on Tuesday.

The former "Hannah Montana" star added later, "I'm 19!!! BOOBS GROW PEOPLE!"

Cyrus garnered attention at Sunday's CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute event in Los Angeles, wearing a pale yellow Roberto Cavalli gown with a plunging neckline. The actress attended the event with her longtime boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.

Cyrus made headlines last month when she joked with friends that she was a "stoner" during her 19th birthday party.

In November she signed on to voice Adam Sandler's teenage vampire daughter Mavis in Sony Pictures Animation's 3D film "Hotel Transylvania."

The cast also includes Kevin James and Fran Drescher, who will portray Frankenstein and the bride of Frankenstein, respectively. Cee Lo Green, Steve Buscemi, Molly Shannon and David Spade will also lend their voices to the monster flick.
