Melissa Joan Hart welcomes 3rd son, Tucker

Melissa Joan Hart of "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" has welcomed her third child with musician husband Mark Wilkerson.

"Baby boy Tucker has finally arrived! We waited all year to meet this lil man&we could not be more excited & relieved that he is in our arms," Hart Tweeted on September 19.

Tucker was born at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, September 18 and weighed in at 8 lbs., 5 oz., according to People magazine.

Hart announced her third pregnancy on Twitter on April 17, a day before her 36th birthday. She also posted a photo that showed her standing with her husband and their two sons Mason, 6, and Braydon, 4. The three were shown putting their hands on Hart's baby bump. (See above).

The actress married Wilkerson, lead singer and guitarist for the alternative rock band Course of Nature, in Florence, Italy in July 2003.

Hart is known for her title roles in the 1990s teen shows "Clarissa Explains It All" and "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch," which is based on a comic book series and is set to be adapted into a new film, according to Deadline.

The actress has also appeared in movies such as "Drive Me Crazy" and "Nine Dead" and currently stars in the ABC Family's comedy series "Melissa & Joey," which premiered its second season on May 30.
