Mel Gibson reportedly tells Oksana Grigorieva he'll burn house down, demands daughter
In a fourth audio recording of what is said to be Mel Gibson's expletive-filled rant against ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, the actor reportedly threatens to burn a house down, demands their baby daughter and reveals he is seeing a therapist. This is the latest recording said to be from a leaked tape and a week after an investigation of the actor regarding her domestic violence allegations was opened.
Gibson and Grigorieva have not commented on the sound files, the first of which was posted last week.
The man, said to be Gibson, is upset that Grigorieva fell asleep before becoming intimate and screams: "I'll burn the (expletive) house down," according to the recording released by RadarOnline.com. Grigorieva's attorney has said her and Gibson's voices are the ones featured on the tape.
"Take care of your (expletive) son and I better have my daughter," the man says says.
"I just want my daughter and a maid. It's a lot less (expletive) trouble," he adds. "They clean up after themselves. They make your (expletive) bed, which you did not. You don't have to worry about emotional blackmail or any other (expletive) that you put me through. I just need a nice woman to look after my beautiful daughter."
He also adds he is seeing a therapist, saying: "You wanted the number of my therapist? Don't you ever speak to him. You've got problems more than me."
In previous recordings, the man uses racial slurs against African-Americans and Hispanics while insulting the woman's dress style. Another one contains a threat of violence. The woman often refers to the man as "Mel" and accuses him of ruining her music career and controlling her "like a marionette."
The alleged attack against Grigorieva, the 40-year-old mother of his 8-month-old daughter, Lucia and a Russian model and pianist, is said to have taken place on January 6 at Gibson's home in Malibu, California and the 54-year-old Braveheart actor has been named a potential suspect. They have not commented on the report.
The two were reportedly involved in a heated exchange as part of an ongoing custody battle, which sparked condemnation from the NAACP for the alleged racist remarks against African Americans Gibson is said to have made in his reported rant against Grigorieva. The two, who broke up in April after a one-year relationship, filed restraining orders against each other recently.
Meanwhile, Gibson has reportedly been dropped by his agency William Morris Endeavor Entertainment amid the tape scandal, the recent death of his agent and his investigation.
Gibson completed a stint in rehab following a 2006 DUI tirade in which he hurled anti-Semitic and sexist comments at the arresting police officers. He later entered rehab for alcohol-related treatment. His conviction has since been expunged.
Gibson has six sons and a daughter with ex-wife Robyn Moore, to whom he was married for some 30 years and divorced in 2009, and Grigorieva has a son with another ex-boyfriend, James Bond star Timothy Dalton.

Whoopi Goldberg recently said Gibson was not a racist, which she said prompted angry phone calls to her office. She said on Wednesday on ABC talk show The View, which she co-hosts, that the callers could "kiss my behind".
