Megan Fox shows off post-baby body - See photos

Megan Fox walked the red carpet for the first time on December 7 since giving birth in September.

The 26-year-old actress can be seen above in photos with husband Brian Austin Green at the March of Dimes Celebration of Babies luncheon. The couple welcomed a baby boy named Noah on September 27.

It is the first child for Fox and the second for Green, who has a 10-year-old son Kassius, whose mother is "General Hospital" star Vanessa Marcil. The boy served as the best man and the only witness at Green's wedding to Fox in June 2010 in Hawaii.

The 26-year-old actress, an international sex symbol who starred in the first two "Transformers" films, and Green, a 38-year-old actor who rose to fame playing David Silver on the 1990s series "Beverly Hills, 90210," had initially kept quiet about pregnancy reports.

Fox revealed to reporters at the event that she gained 23 pounds during her pregnancy and that she is still 10 pounds over her pre-baby weight, according to E! News. She added that she is more focused on parenting than getting back into shape.

The actress also said that having a child has changed the way she looks at taking on certain roles.

"I'm going to be more cautious about choosing films because I'm already thinking about when he's in school, and his friends are going to be showing him my photo shoots with me in a bikini and he's going to be horrified," Fox said, according to the entertainment site. "So, that will deter me from making some of the choices I made."

Fox will next be seen on screen in the Judd Apatow film "This Is 40." The film is a spin-off of the movie "Knocked Up" and features Paul Rudd and Apatow's wife Leslie Mann, as well as Apatow and Mann's daughters Maude and Iris.
