Lindsay Lohan has transferred out of the Betty Ford Center and has reportedly moved to a new rehab facility to serve the remainder of her 90-day sentence for a 2012 car crash case.

The 26-year-old actress "completed her course of treatment" at the center, her lawyer told ABC News in a statement on Thursday, June 13.

Lindsay Lohan has checked into another rehab center, which does possess the correct license to treat patients battling substance abuse, prosecutors said on Friday, May 3, a day after the actress made headlines by reportedly beginning a 90-day sentence for a car crash case at a place not approved by a court.

Santa Monica Chief Deputy City Attorney Terry White told the Associated Press that he will not move forward with plans to push for Lohan's probation to be revoked, as stated on Thursday.

Los Angeles prosecutors say Lindsay Lohan has left a rehab center her lawyer had reported she entered to serve a 90-day sentence for a car crash case and therefore violated her probation.

Also, a California state official says the treatment center, which is located in Newport Beach, does not possess a license to provide drug or alcohol addiction.

One of them told the judge he needed more time to investigate the place and the judge has given him a May 10 deadline, the news wire said.
