Lindsay Lohan reportedly moves out of her Venice Beach home
Lindsay Lohan has reportedly moved out of her home in Venice, California.
According to E! News, storage trucks were seen outside the actress' home on January 31. The alleged move comes after the actress had a run-in with a trespasser in early January.
A 64-year-old man named Lonnie Short was taken into custody for trespassing outside Lohan's home after he refused to leave Lohan's property when asked by the actress.
A spokesperson for the actress declined to comment to OnTheRedCarpet.com on the move.
Lohan had relocated to the Venice area and rented the condo in January 2011 after she underwent treatment at the Betty Ford Center in 2010. Her rehab stint was part of a punishment handed down for violating the terms of her probation stemming from her drunk driving case.
Lohan has moved into the Chateau Marmont temporarily until she is able to find a new home with more security, according to the report.
The actress received another solid progress report on January 17 when she appeared in court to update a judge on how she's meeting the requirements of her probation, which include community service and psychological counseling.
She has completed five stints in jail and was ordered to complete 480 hours of community service at a women's shelter and at a morgue as part of a sentence handed down for a misdemeanor theft charge, which had in itself constituted a violation of her probation.
She was featured on the cover of Playboy's January 2012 issue and talked about her personal troubles in an interview with the magazine, saying: "During the past five years, I've learned that time flies faster than you think, and because you only live once you have to learn from your mistakes, live your dreams and be accountable."
On January 25, a woman named Nubia Del Carmen Preza filed a lawsuit against the actress claiming she was struck by the actress' vehicle in September 2010.
