Her mother Dina is expected to give a formal statement Wednesday morning, according to E! News. She had said on August 13 that after her release, Lohan would move back home to New York.

It was reported earlier that a judge was expected to issue an order about the 24-year-old actress' case on Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. in Beverly Hills.

Lohan signed discharge papers confirming her release from the rehabilitation center and is expected to receive outpatient care. Recent reports said doctors treating her at the hospital did not believe the actress suffers from drug or psychiatric problems that were previously diagnosed, the Reuters news wire had reported.

Lohan pleaded guilty in 2007 to being under the influence of cocaine, no contest to driving with a blood-alcohol level above 0.08 percent and reckless driving. In July, she was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail and 90 days in a rehabilitation center. In months leading up to her sentence, the actress had been seen at venues that serve alcohol.

This marks the second time Lohan has had part of her sentence reduced regarding the case. She was freed from jail on August 2 after serving almost two weeks out of her 90-day sentence. She was then ordered to begin her rehabilitation stint, which was one of several the actress, who has talked about addictions to drugs and alcohol, has completed in recent years.

A judge had ruled Lohan had missed some court-mandated weekly alcohol education classes and therefore violated the terms of her probation. Her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley had called the ruling "harsh and unfair" and Lohan's mother said the judge "played hardball" with the actress.

The Los Angeles premiere for Lohan's new film, Machete, is set to take place on Wednesday evening but the actress has not said if she plans on attending the event. The film stars Robert De Niro, Jessica Alba, Steven Seagal and Michelle Rodriguez and is set for release on September 3.

The Hollywood Reporter had reported last week that Lohan could earn $1 million for the first interview she gives following her release, although there was no official confirmation from the actress or media publications.
