Lindsay Lohan accused of shoving woman at nightclub
Lindsay Lohan is being accused of getting into a fight at a Hollywood hotel and nightclub, but the actress reportedly is denying the claims.
Los Angeles sheriff's officials told OnTheRedCarpet.com that they have not been able to validate a woman's allegations that Lohan pushed and shoved her last Thursday. Lohan's rep says the 25-year-old actress was not at the venue, located at the upscale hotel The Standard, that night.
TMZ reports that Lohan is frustrated with the accusation because she stayed home and watched TV on the night of the alleged incident.
During her last probation hearing on March 29, a judge told the 25-year-old actress to "live [her] life in a more mature way [and] stop the nightclubbing." The judge ruled that Lohan fulfilled all her probation requirements stemming from a 2007 drunk driving and cocaine possession case. Lohan is now on informal probation, meaning she will not have to attend progress report hearings or report to an officer, but will have to continue to obey the law.
She has served five stints in jail and was in April 2011 ordered to complete 480 hours of community service at a women's shelter and morgue, undergo psychological counseling and pay a slew of legal fees as part of a sentence handed down for a misdemeanor theft charge involving a missing necklace, which had in itself constituted a violation of her probation.
