Leonardo DiCaprio is selling his oceanfront home in Malibu, California for $23 million.
The property was put on the market earlier this week, real estate records show. It contains three separate homes sitting on one lot, which spans more than 17,600 square feet and contains gardens and connecting paths.
The property was built in 1927 and has been remodeled. It is made up of a 4-bedroom main house, which contains a wooden deck overlooking the beach and the Pacific Ocean several feet away, a 2-bedroom detached guest house and a loft that possesses a gym, a bedroom and two other rooms.
DiCaprio, who is No. 2 on Forbes' 2012 list of highest-paid actors, bought the home in 2002. It was listed for rent in May for $75,000 a month for a long-term lease and for $150,000 month for renters opting to stay there less than six months. The actor also owns several other properties.
