Lauren Conrad releases two new books, working on developing a movie or TV series on her 'L.A. Candy' Novels.

Fans of The Hills remember Lauren Conrad as an ultra-eager feminista full of energy. And even though the shows ended, LCs ambition has not!

The New York Times best-selling author is set to release her third book this week, Sugar and Spice: An L.A. Candy Novel, as well as a style guide, aptly named Lauren Conrad: Style.

On The Red Carpets Chris Balish caught up with Conrad at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party, who told us shes shopping get her stories on film.

We're between TV show and a movie. We went TV show, and then we want to do movie, and now we're looking at TV shows, so we haven't made a final decision, said Conrad.

Lauren Conrad: Style and Sugar and Spice: An L.A. Candy Novel hit shelves October 5th.
