La Toya Jackson is going to 'surprise a lot of people' on 'Celebrity Apprentice,' according to Donald Trump
Trump talked to OnTheRedCarpet.com at the Oscars about how Gary Busey is "a little scary" and La Toya might be the sleeper hit contestant.
"La Toya's good," Trump told OnTheRedCarpet.com. "La Toya's very smart, really smart and she does really well and I think she's gonna surprise a lot of people."
Trump also confirmed that this season will be a "total trainwreck." In a conference call, the mogul said that some of this season's fights that are like nothing that have been on television.
"There are some scenes on the Celebrity Apprentice coming up that I have never seen scenes like them in all of the years I've watched television," Trump told media outlets in his telephone conference call. "Not just 'The Apprentice' but I'm talking about television that I jokingly said Omarosa's looking like a very nice, very meek person by comparison."
Trump recently told OnTheRedCarpet.com that he would love to have Charlie Sheen on the show. "His interviews are unbelievable entertainment," Trump recently told OnTheRedCarpet.com and other news outlets. "And that's probably why he does well in the ratings business. And while I'm sure we won't get him on 'Celebrity Apprentice,' we'd love to have him." La Toya Jackson is the fifth child of the Jackson family and starred with her siblings in the CBS variety show, "The Jacksons." La Toya also had a solo music career, wrote an autobiography and posed in Playboy magazine. She appeared on the shortlived CBS reality show, "Armed & Famous" where celebrities trained to be reserve police officers. She also appeared on the British reality series, "Celebrity Big Brother."
When Michael Jackson died in 2009, La Toya was named as his informant on Michael's death certificate. La Toya told media outlets that she believed her brother was murdered. The Los Angeles coroner ruled Jackson's death as a homicide a few weeks later.
The other celebrity contestants on this season of "The Apprentice" are David Cassidy, Dionne Warwick, Gary Busey, Hope Dworaczyk, John Rich, Jose Conseco, Lil Jon, Lisa Rinna, Mark McGrath, Marlee Matlin, Meat Loaf, NeNe Leakes, Niki Taylor, Richard Hatch and Star Jones.
