Kris Jenner, Bruce Jenner separate after 22-year marriage, report says
Kris Jenner and former Olympian Bruce Jenner have mutually separated after 22 years of marriage.
The two confirmed their split in a statement to E! News, the network that airs their hit reality series "Keeping Up With Kardashians."
"We are living separately and we are much happier this way," the two said to E! News. "But we will always have much love and respect for each other. Even though we are separated, we will always remains best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority."
The couple's relationship troubles, as a married couple and as parents to the extensive Kardashian and Jenner clan, have been well documented on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" in recent seasons, with rumors of marital issues becoming more intense in recent months.
The couple share two daughters, Kendall, 17, and Kylie Jenner, 16. The marriage was Kris' second marriage and Bruce's third marriage. Kris was previously married to attorney Robert Kardashian, father of daughters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe and son Rob. Bruce has four children, Burt, Casey, Brandon and Brody, from his previous marriages to Chrystie Crownover and Linda Thompson.
The news of the split comes on the heels of daughter Khloe Kardashian Odom's marital troubles with basketball player husband Lamar Odom, who according to reports is battling a drug addiction. The couple have not confirmed these reports nor have shown signs of an impending split.
