Kings of Leon drummer Nathan Followill and his wife, singer-songwriter Jessie Baylin, shared some happy news on Twitter.

Followill announced the child's name on the social networking site. Baylin gave birth to a baby girl on Wednesday, December 26, according to The Associated Press. It is the first child for the couple.

Nathan Followill, drummer for rock band Kings of Leon, announced that he and wife Jessie Baylin are expecting their first child.

The 33-year-old musician married his Nashville-based singer-songwriter sweetheart, 28, in a Tennessee ceremony in November 2009.

Kings of Leon lead singer Caleb Followill and his wife, Victoria's Secret model Lily Aldridge, welcomed their first child on Thursday.

Their daughter, Dixie Pearl, was born on June 21 in Nashville, Tennessee. She weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz. and measured 22 inches long.

"Druncle Jared!" his brother and band mate, Jared, Tweeted on Thursday, December 29. "So excited to be an uncle! Congrats Caleb & Lily! If it's a boy, we gonna be hitting da club together every night! If it's a girl....church."

The Kings of Leon have canceled the remaining 28 dates of their United States tour after singer Caleb Followill became ill during a show in Dallas on Friday.

"We are so sorry to say Kings of Leon are canceling their entire US tour due to Caleb Followill suffering from vocal issues and exhaustion," a statement from the band posted on their official website said. "The band is devastated, but in order to give their fans the shows they deserve, they need to take this break."

Kings of Leon announced plans to return to Texas to make up for canceled concerts after the lead singer walked off the stage in Dallas last week, saying it was too hot to sing.

Lead singer Caleb Followill left the stage Friday after repeatedly complaining that his voice was suffering because it was too hot, according to the Associated Press. The band also canceled the Saturday show in Houston.

Caleb Followill, the lead singer of the rock band Kings of Leon, and his girlfriend Lily Aldridge, a Victoria's Secret model, recently got married after some three years together.

The two wed in Santa Barbara on Thursday, May 12. Aldridge, 25, wore a custom made Vera Wang strapless mermaid gown and the groom wore a Gucci suit.

The Kings of Leon band family, consisting of brothers Caleb, Nathan, Jared and cousin Matthew Followill, just got a little bigger.

Matthew Followill, who plays lead guitar and provides backing vocals for the Grammy Award-winning band, welcomed a baby boy with his wife Johanna Bennett on Friday, April 22, according to People.

The band Kings of Leon has been forced to postpone March tour dates in Australia and South Africa after it was announced on drummer Nathan Followill's Twitter page that he is recovering from surgery.

"Sorry to all the fans in Australia and South Africa," Followill wrote. "My bum wing needs more time to heal but we'll be back later this year. Sorry again."
