Kim Zolciak of 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' weds Kroy Biermann
Kim Zolciak of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' wed football player Kroy Biermann on November 11, 2011 in Atlanta, the reality star confirmed on Twitter.
"Beautiful weather! Beautiful day!! I'm walking on a cloud and I'm so grateful!" Zolciak, 32, wrote on Twitter on November 11.
Zolciak also wrote that she cried when she saw her wedding cake from Highland Bakery in Atlanta.
Biermann, 25, who is a defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons, also made an announcement on Twitter, writing, "Thank you everyone for your early congrats and best wishes!!! @Kimzolciak has made me the happiest man alive!!! 11.11.11"
The night before the wedding, the "Real Housewife" thanked fans for their blessings on her special day.
The couple welcomed son Kroy Jagger Biermann on May 31, 2011. This is the first child for Zolciak and Biermann. She has two daughters from a previous marriage - Brielle, 14, and Ariana, 9.
Zolciak has been linked to Biermann since the summer of 2010 and announced in November that she is pregnant.
Zolciak gushed about Biermann on her blog, saying: "I'm in such a happy place with him. I was so happy Bravo caught the moment we met, I will always have that footage and not too many people can say that."
In December, the reality star denied reports that she was engaged to Biermann.
"I really want 2 know the 'confirmed source' that has seen the ring that Kroy 'supposedly' gave me," Zolciak wrote on her Twitter page. "I am dying to know what it looks like IDIOT."
Zolciak rose to fame on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and in 2009, released her debut single, "Tardy for the Party."
