Kim Kardashian's lavish wedding registry revealed
Kim Kardashian's sister Khloe has already called her a bridezilla but the reality star is just getting started with her wedding preparations and has rounded up an extravagant wedding registry for the occasion.
Kim Kardashian, 30, announced her engagement to NBA player Kris Humphries, 26, in May and has since registered for gifts at Gearys, a Beverly Hills luxury store and at houseware retailer Williams-Sonoma.
People magazine reported that the gifts include a $7,500 Baccarat Cosmos vase, Hermes presentation plates which cost $304 each, a $325 nude black resting statue by Lalique.
The Geary's registry also includes 24 five-piece silverware sets, which cost $1,600 each and a $1,650 silver-plated coffeepot.
Kim Kardashian and Humphries began dating in December 2010 and the basketball player proposed in May with a $1 million, 20.5 carat engagement ring.
Humphries, who plays for the New Jersey Nets, will be the second NBA player to join the family since Khloe married Los Angeles Lakers star Lamar Odom in 2009. But while Khloe's wedding came together in just 9 days of planning, she predicts that her sister will "go big."
"Kim goes big. It's not going to be small. And I joke and I say it will be like the Royal Wedding, because she is just like that," Khloe Kardashian told People earlier in the month. "I don't want to help because Kim is going to be such a bridezilla! If I do one thing wrong, I'll be screwed! But I would love to be in the wedding."
Kim Kardashian's engagement and wedding will be seen on the new season of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," which premiered on June 12 on the E! entertainment network.
The wedding date has not yet been announced. This will be the second marriage for Kim Kardashian. She and music producer Damon Thomas wed in 2000, when she was 19 years old. The two divorced in 2004.
