Kenan Thompson of 'Saturday Night Live' engaged to Christina Evangeline
Kenan Thompson, who is a cast member on NBC's live sketch series "Saturday Night Live" is engaged to Christina Evangeline, the actor's rep confirmed on Friday.

According to Us Weekly, Evangeline and Thompson, 33, are planning to wed on November 11, 2011.
"He's my best friend. I could only be so lucky," Evangeline wrote on Twitter on Friday afternoon.
Evangeline was described as a model in the report, but she denied on her official Twitter page that that was her ambition writing, "I'm not a model. I never claimed to be. I had 2 layouts in maxim....for fun. I have a degree, ambition, for me, isn't skin deep."
Thompson rose to fame on Nickelodeon's sketch comedy show "All That" and starred opposite Kel Mitchell in the spin-off, "Kenan and Kel." The actor joined the cast of "Saturday Night Live" in 2003.
He has also appeared in several films, including "Snakes on a Plane," "D2: The Mighty Ducks," "Fat Albert," "Heavy Weights" and "My Boss's Daughter." Thompson also voiced the character of Greedy Smurf in the recent film, "The Smurfs."
