Kelsey Grammer may be in the middle of a complex divorce from former wife and reality star Camille Grammer, but his third divorce has not burned him on romance.

Kelsey Grammer engaged to Kayte Walsh following split from wife Camille

The 55 year-old actor tells People magazine that he and fiancée Kayte Walsh, "are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer."

The two became engaged earlier this month and Walsh, 29, is set to become the actor's fourth wife. Walsh, a British flight attendant, suffered a miscarriage earlier this year after becoming pregnant with his fifth child. When Grammer was asked in August, shortly after his spokesperson confirmed the pregnancy, if he would marry Walsh, the actor told a Splash News journalist on camera: "I think that makes some sense. I've got some other stuff I've got to clear up first."

Grammer might have to delay happiness for a while, as his divorce battle heats up with ex-wife Camille Grammer, who stars on the hit reality show "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills". According to the Los Angeles Times, Grammer could end up owing his ex-wife $50 million, half of the former couple's $100 million fortune the two built up in real estate during their 13-year marriage.

"We don't speak on the phone," Camille Grammer said of her former husband in an interview with television show "Extra". "Right now it's through email and lawyers. I still love my husband, my soon-to-be-ex-husband. I respect him as a person. I don't respect the way he had handled the affair and the divorce and the way things went down."

Camille Grammer, a 42-year-old cast member of the Bravo reality show "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and a former Playboy model, filed for divorce from Kelsey Grammer in July after being married since 1997. She is his third wife and the two are parents to Mason, 9, and Jude, 6.
