Kelly Clarkson is coming to her friend's defense.
The 31-year-old performer and "American Idol" alum is not too happy with the recent scrutiny Pink has been receiving. After the "Try" signer announced that she would have to cancel one of her show's in England due to an illness, many of her fans became enraged.
Kelly Clarkson revealed in a recent interview that fellow country music superstar and "The Voice" coach Blake Shelton will officiate and perform at her wedding.
Clarkson revealed the news to "Entertainment Tonight" at the 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday, April 7. Clarkson's interview can be seen below.

Two celebrity power couples attended President Barack Obama's Presidential Inauguration ceremony in Washington, D.C. on Monday, January 21 -- Beyonce and husband Jay-Z and Katy Perry and boyfriend John Mayer.
Beyonce, who has voiced her support for the U.S. leader and his wife, First Lady Michelle Obama, many times in the past, sang the national anthem at Obama's second inauguration ceremony (watch video). The R&B singer sang at his first, which took place months after he was first elected, in January 2009.
Kelly Clarkson, who is engaged to her boyfriend, says she has never felt "insulted" by rumors that have said she is a lesbian and adds that both men and women, including "the hottest girls ever," flirt with her.
The 30-year-old Grammy winner and first winner of "American Idol" made her comments to Cosmopolitan magazine in an interview published in its February 2013 issue. Clarkson, who is known for angry breakup songs such as "Since U Been Gone" and "Stronger," has been the subject of gay rumors for years and has always denied them in press interviews.
