Kelly Clarkson is getting into the Christmas spirit with the release of her new music video "Underneath The Tree."

Clarkson tweeted to her more than 9 million Twitter followers about the release of the music video, saying, "Check out the brand new music video for "Underneath The Tree" on @VEVO! #WrappedInRed." The music video can be viewed below.

The song is featured on Clarkson's latest Christmas album, "Wrapped In Red," which was released on Oct. 25. The album is the former "American Idol" winner's first holiday-themed album, which features covers of classic Christmas songs, including "White Christmas" and "Silent Night," as well as five original songs.

Lyrics for "Underneath The Tree," an up-tempo pop-meets-big-band track, include, "Another holiday alone to celebrate / But then one day everything changed / You're all I need, underneath the tree."

The song also marks a new milestone for Clarkson, becoming her third No. 1 single on the Billboard Adult Contemporary radio chart, and only the 15th Christmas song in the chart's history to reach the top spot.

Clarkson, who recently announced her pregnancy with new husband Brandon Blackstock, will perform several songs off of "Wrapped In Red" in her own NBC holiday special, titled "Kelly Clarkson's Cautionary Christmas Music Tale," airing on Dec. 11 (check local listings).

Clarkson recently spoke about her pregnancy and said she had been looking forward to becoming pregnant to silence critics who comment on her weight.

"Everybody calls me fat all the time, so I can't wait to have a reason, instead of everybody just being a jerk," Clarkson said.
