Kellan Lutz: Being part of 'Twilight' is a 'magic carpet ride'
Kellan Lutz says he enjoys the media attention surrounding the Twilight films, whose fourth installment, the two-part movie Breaking Dawn, is set to start filming in the fall.
"It's been a dream to be a part of," Lutz, who plays vampire Emmett Cullen, adoptive brother of Robert Pattinson's character Edward, told OnTheRedCarpet's Rachel Smith at the recent Do Something! Awards on VH1. "I'm glad it's been broken into two more movies because then that's two more years of fun, premieres, red carpets, press junkets, it's been a magic carpet ride."
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, the third film in the vampire romance series starring Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, has made at least $554 million worldwide since its June 30 release.
