Katy Perry shares John Mayer Santa photo, spent Christmas with him - report
Katy Perry reportedly brought John Mayer home for the holidays ... and he dressed up as Santa.
Perry, 28, and Mayer, 35, reportedly spent Christmas together after dating for a few months, according to People magazine.
While the pair haven't commented on the reports, the starlet took to her Twitter account to post a photo of Mayer decked out in Santa garb for her 30 million followers, captioning the picture, "Santa Baby" (See photo above).
In early August, the pair were reportedly spotted leaving a dinner date at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles in a photo carried by People magazine.
The report claims that the two had a dinner date at the famed hotel and an unnamed source told the magazine that the two have gone out a few times.
Weeks later, a report surfaced that the pair had called it quits "after months of casual dating." Neither Perry nor Mayer commented on the report.
According to People, the pair have turned a new leaf and are taking things more seriously this time around.
"They're happy together and with her family for the holidays," the magazine quoted an unnamed source as saying in the December 2012 article. "John really likes getting to know Katy's family better."
Perry split from ex-husband Russell Brand late last year. The British comedian cited "irreconcilable differences" in the documents, which were filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court on December 30, 2011. The couple had no children together.
In April, the "Firework" singer was linked to Robert Ackroyd, guitarist for the band Florence + the Machine. The two reportedly stopped seeing each other in May.
Meanwhile, Mayer has previously been linked to Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson and Taylor Swift.
In the past, the seven-time Grammy winner has been very open about the women he dated. Swift, who was reportedly hurt by Mayer, later wrote a song called "Dear John," which was believed to be about Mayer.
