Kate Middleton, aka Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, has come down with another spell of morning sickness, and Prince William has offered a light-hearted comment on the condition.

The 30-year-old recently suffered from another bout of severe morning sickness, which is technically referred to as Hyperemesis Gravidarum, and Prince William canceled his appearance at the British Military Tournament on Sunday to be by her side, according to E! News.

On December 6, the same day that the royal pregnancy was announced, Middleton was released from King Edward VII Hospital in London after being treated for acute morning sickness related to her pregnancy.

After her hospitalization, she was spotted leaving the hospital holding a bouquet of yellow roses with husband Prince William by her side. The royal couple stepped into a waiting car shortly after exiting the hospital.

William was at the hospital visiting his wife every day. A palace source told ABC News that she is not yet 12 weeks along that given her hospitalization, she and her husband had made the "difficult decision to be fully open about the pregnancy from this stage."

On Saturday, December 8, Prince William, also known as the Duke of Cambridge, attended his first public engagement following the news of his wife's pregnancy, and joked about the name of the popular pregnancy sickness, saying: "I don't know why they call it morning sickness - they should call it all day and all night sickness."

Kate's last public appearance took place several days ago, on November 30, when she spoke to students at St Andrew's School in Pangbourne - her alma mater. During her visit, she also played some field hockey.
