After a divorce and custody battle was played out in front of television cameras and gossip media, Kate Gosselin says that her relationship with ex-husband Jon Gosselin has gotten better. Kate Gosselin told People magazine on Friday that things between the two have "just naturally gotten more peaceful." She added, "He's working now, which is great. He has somewhere else to put his attention, which is good." Gosselin, 36, rose to fame with the reality show "Jon & Kate Plus 8," which featured the couple and their sextuplets and twins. The show was canceled in 2009 following the pair's divorce that December and spurred a spinoff series, "Kate Plus 8," which stars Gosselin and her children 10-year-old twins Cara and Mady and 6-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Aaden, Collin and Joel. The show returns to TLC on Monday at 10 p.m. Gosselin's divorce was highly-publicized. In December, Gosselin made headlines again when she pulled her children Collin and Alexis out of school for behavioral problems. "The kids enjoy spending time with him," she told People. "They wish he would see them more, but as long as they come home happy -- and more or less they do -- I'm okay with that, so that's good." Gosselin also says that she's open to finding love again. "I'm at the point where I'm like, 'Okay, there's got to be somebody out there who would work,'" she said. "If it's meant to be, it'll be. And if not, then whatever. I'm happy as I am." The reality star was recently ordered to pay more than $10,000 to a Pennsylvania marriage therapist named Sylvia Lafair, who says the reality star owed her money for counseling services given to her and then-husband Jon.
