Kat Von D and Jesse James appear at launch of her Wonderland gallery in L.A. on Sept. 2, 2010.There may be trouble in paradise for Kat Von D, a tattoo artist and star of TLC reality show LA Ink, and boyfriend Jesse James, Sandra Bullock's ex-husband.

A little more than one month after the two confirmed a relationship, Von D, 28, has reportedly been seen dining with and chatting up ex-boyfriend Nikki Sixx of the band Motley Crue and Jackass 3D daredevil Bam Margera. The parties have not commented.

People magazine quoted an unnamed source as saying Margera, who is married, is just friends with Von D. It said she, Sixx and Margera attended the Los Angeles premiere of Jackass 3D on Wednesday and that she and Sixx hung out at the V.I.P. section during a Slash concert at the House of Blues. People and E! News said Von D. and Margera dined together on Monday.

Von D and James, the 41-year-old CEO of custom motorcycle manufacturer West Coast Choppers, stepped out together in early September before members of the press at the red carpet opening of her Wonderland gallery in Los Angeles. Von D said she was in love and James told OnTheRedCarpet.com and other outlets that he liked everything about her.

Bullock had divorced James earlier this year amid reports he had cheated on her, which he has confirmed.

James moved to Texas a few months ago from Long Beach, California for business purposes and so that his kids can be closer to Bullock, People magazine had said. On Friday, it quoted an unnamed source as saying Von D is not happy about the move and is losing patience with their "weekend fly-back-and-forth relationship..

Von D, whose real name is Katherine Drachenberg, is a Mexican native born to Argentinian parents. She grew up in Southern California and was married to tattoo artist Oliver Peck from 2003 to 2007. She dated Sixx from about 2008 to early 2010.

Von D has said she does not mind critics of her relationship with James and told OnTheRedCarpet.com: "People are going to say whatever they're going to say. They've criticized every relationship I've ever been in."
