Kaley Cuoco, one of the stars of the CBS show "The Big Bang Theory," is engaged to boyfriend Josh "Lazie" Resnik.

Resnik, an addiction specialist, proposed to the 25-year-old actress during a quiet date night at home, People magazine said, quoting her spokesperson as saying: The couple are very happy and excited to begin planning their wedding."

The two have not yet set a wedding date, the report said.

Cuoco recently hosted the 2011 Teen Choice Awards on Aug. 7, 2011.
