Less than a day after being hospitalized fainting at a concert in London, Justin Bieber signaled that he is still set to perform another gig in the city on Friday, March 8, and also got into a confrontation with a paparazzo.

The singer Tweeted on March 8, "Night 4. O2. London. #BELIEVEtour."

The 19-year-old fainted during his concert at the O2 Arena in London on March 7. He was reportedly complaining of breathing troubles while performing and was checked out backstage where he fainted. Bieber was given oxygen and continued on with the show. Afterwards, he headed to the hospital to get checked out.

The singer posted a photo of himself on his Instagram account lying in a hospital bed shirtless with the caption, "Gettin better listening to Janice [sic] Joplin."

On Friday, March 8, Bieber got into an argument with a London paparazzo who shouted expletives at him, called him a "little moron" and told him to "[expletive] off back to America."

The incident can be seen in a video posted on TMZ (Warning: Video contains uncensored expletives).

In the video, the singer is shown getting out of his car to confront the paparazzo and is heard shouting expletives back while being restrained by his bodyguards.

"Rough week"

Bieber Tweeted about the incident and said, "Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me..."

"Sometimes when people r shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling the worst thing possible at u...well I'm human. Rough week," he added.

Bieber continued, "Not gonna let them get the best of me again. Gonna get focused on this show tonight. Adrenaline is high now. Gonna put it on the stage."

The singer's London troubles seemingly began on March 1, when he tried to celebrate his 19th birthday with a night out that did not end well. The singer Tweeted it was his "worst birthday" but later deleted the Tweet.

The rumors for his worst birthday included explanations like people within his group getting into an argument with the staff at a night club and the singer's attempt to get 14-year-old friend Jaden Smith (son of actor Will Smith) into the 18-and-over night club Cirque du Soir in London.

However, the singer explained his "worst birthday" comment in a post on his Instagram account on March 3 which said, "The funny moment when people believe I brought underage people to a club.. U think Will is letting his 14 year old in a club, I don't think so.."

"2nd I love how the club wanted to give the press another reason to why we didn't stay at their weak [expletive] club so they wouldn't look bad for me walking in and right back out," he added. "I said m 'worst bday' but that was due to dummies pushing over my fans and being overly aggressive. Btw it wasn't the worst bday cuz all my friends from back home flew in I was just mad in the moment."

Bieber is currently on a worldwide tour and his next tour date after Friday's London concert is on March 11 in Lisbon, Portugal.
