Justin Bieber 'attacked' neighbor with eggs? Police open investigation
Justin Bieber has been accused of throwing eggs at a neighbor and his 13-year-old daughter and police have opened an investigation.
The alleged incident took place on Thursday evening in the 19-year-old pop singer's neighborhood of Calabasas, a suburban town near Los Angeles. His spokesperson declined to comment.
"He attacked me and my 13-year-old daughter and my home last night. Ya, unprovoked and blatant," the neighbor, who did not reveal his name, told OTRC.com's parent company, KABC Television. "He doesn't stop. He is an out of control punk."
Police say Bieber is suspected of misdemeanor vandalism and assault and that detectives are handling the case. No criminal charges have been filed as of yet.
Bieber was last year accused of battery in another case involving a neighbor.
"When we knock on the door, he doesn't answer," Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore said. "Once again, which I have done numerous times, I encourage Mr. Bieber, whether it be with an attorney or not, to come and talk to us."
