Julia Roberts will star opposite Mark Ruffalo in an HBO movie adaptation of the play "The Normal Heart."
"Glee" creator and "Eat Pray Love" writer and director Ryan Murphy will direct the film about the onset of the AIDS crisis in New York City during the early 1980s, according to the Associated Press.
Julia Roberts and George Clooney have filed a joint lawsuit against two audio-visual companies, claiming they used their likenesses in advertisements.
The pair, who appeared together in the "Ocean's Eleven" franchise, stated in court documents filed on April 27, that the companies used their photographs to market equipment on their websites without permission from the actors.

"It was just such good fun," Roberts told OnTheRedCarpet.com in a recent interview of her role as the villain in the film. "We played with it, we played with it before we started shooting we worked a lot on just kind of making it bigger, and meaner and funnier as best as we could and then we would make things up as we went along."
Julia Roberts's children may have no idea that she's a major film star.
"They've never seen me in a movie before, but, that's all in due course I think," the 44-year-old actress told OnTheRedCarpet.com.
She made her comments in an interview to promote her latest film - "Mirror Mirror," which sees her taking on a role she usually doesn't play - the villain. Roberts plays the Evil Queen in the film, an adaptation of the popular fairy tale "Snow White." It hit theaters on Friday, March 30.

Roberts wore a Balenciaga pantsuit with a pink blouse. Collins donned a strapless, black and gold Dolce and Gabbana tulle dress with a bell-shaped, tea-length skirt.
Meryl Streep and Julia Roberts are set to star as a mother and daughter in the new film "August: Osage County," which is based on a dark, comedic play.
The film's production company and distributor, The Weinstein Company, announced the casting in a recent press release, which was obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com. Streep, 62, had starred in the film's 2011 movie "The Iron Lady," which earned her an Oscar nomination.
