Jordin Sparks celebrates 21st birthday with big party in Arizona
Jordin Sparks will be celebrating her 21st birthday with a huge bash in her home state of Arizona on Wednesday.
The event is open to the public. Tickets cost $20 each and proceeds will benefit Spark's non-profit organization, "I'm M.A.D Are You?" according to a flyer that Spark posted on her Twitter page . Music will be provided by DJ Babey Drew.
"Kickin my immune system into high gear! I will not get a cold today!! Birrrrrrthdaaaaay! I'm so excited!!! AZ you comin?" Sparks tweeted Wednesday morning.
Sparks rose to fame as the winner of the sixth season of "American Idol," beating out runner-up Blake Lewis. She was only 17 years old when she took the title, making her the youngest person to win American Idol.
Some of Sparks' hit singles include, "No Air" with Chris Brown and "Battlefield."
