12/13/2010 by Kristina Lopez
Jimmy Kimmel is staying in the late night fight. ABC confirmed that the comedian has signed a new two-year contract with the station to continue hosting and serve as an executive producer on his late-night program "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"
Kimmel's current contract was set to expire in January 2011. The new deal means "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" will go to ten seasons.
Deadline first reported about the new deal with the network, though no details were released.
Kimmel gained international fame last year with his show's star-studded viral videos, "I'm (expletive) Matt Damon" and "I'm (expletive) Ben Affleck".
