Jessica Simpson waiting to find out baby's gender, thinks she is having a girl
Jessica Simpson doesn't know the sex of her baby yet but she believes she knows what to expect in a few months.
The singer and fashion mogul told People magazine, "I think it's a girl," when asked about her baby's gender. "But I don't know yet."
Simpson confirmed on October 31 that she and fiancé Eric Johnson are expecting their first child, saying on her website: "It's True! I am going to be a mummy!"
The page crashed seconds after the 31-year-old Tweeted a link to her announcement, which contains a photo of her dressed as a mummy and holding her hands over what appears to be a large baby bump. Simpson's spokesperson confirmed to OnTheRedCarpet.com that the pop star is pregnant.
Johnson meanwhile believes that the couple's first child is going to be a boy. "I don't think we can wait," the 32-year-old said to the magazine. "Jessica is too honest about everything, she needs to know. I don't think she can hold that secret to herself."
Early last month Simpson talked about her pregnancy cravings saying, "I'm craving a lot of fruit, but I think I'm just craving the hydration. I love cantaloupe! I can eat a full cantaloupe a day."
