Jennifer Lopez says she has never had plastic surgery, following a tweet from a London-based cosmetic surgeon.
Dr. Ayham Al-Ayoubi had posted on his Twitter page a picture that has been circulating online for the past five years -- half of it shows a 2008 photo of the 44-year-old singer, actress and "American Idol" co-judge and the other half shows a woman resembling Lopez, sans makeup. He said: "These before and after pics of @JLo show many signs of #plasticsurgery - naturally pretty but now looks amazing."

Although Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have moved on with new loves, the former couple will reportedly talk candidly about their failed marriage on the premiere of their reality talent show "Q'Viva: The Chosen."
A preview of the premiere, which will air on January 28 on Univision, was screened for critics recently and, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the two are seen talking about their relationship and how they're "going to be in each other's lives."
The wait is over -- the new judging panel for "American Idol" season 13 has been revealed and will be made up of Harry Connick Jr., Jennifer Lopez and returning judge Keith Urban, FOX has confirmed to OTRC.com.
The news comes after months of speculation and rumors surrounding the "American Idol" judging panel following the departure of season 12 newbies Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj and veteran Randy Jackson, who stepped down as a judge after 12 seasons on the show and the sole remaining veteran judge. Jackson is also set to return to the singing competition show as the in-house mentor, replacing Interscope Records co-founder Jimmy Iovine after three seasons in the role.
Jennifer Lopez was announced Tuesday, Sept. 3 as a returning judge on "American Idol," joining newcomer Harry Connick Jr. and returning season 12 judge Keith Urban -- a decision that was not a simple one for the superstar.
"It was one of those things where like, you know how hard it was for me to walk away the first time and I went off and I did my tour and everything," Lopez said to Ryan Seacrest on his Los Angeles radio show. "To be honest, right now is the worst time for me to stop and do "American Idol." I'm doing two movies, I have my album coming out, I have so much stuff going on. But honestly, I'm doing it because I want to."
Jennifer Lopez had an unwelcome visitor hanging out at her mansion in Southampton, New York this month, according to police.
John M. Dubis, a 49-year-old man from Rhode Island, was earlier this month arrested and charged with burglary and stalking after he was found at the pool house of the 3-acre property that Lopez purchased earlier this year for almost $10 million. She was not home at the time and had already had an order of protection against the man, according to a police report obtained by OTRC.com.
Jennifer Lopez cut the ribbon at the opening of the first Viva Movil flagship store in Brooklyn, New York, on July 26.
Lopez founded the new Verizon Wireless premium retail chain, which is set to open more stores around the country. The 44-year-old appeared at the grand opening wearing a white dress by Elie Saab and Tom Ford shoes.
In August 2011, Matt Grant from ABC dating show "The Bachelor" and Juan Barbieri and Jonathan Novack from "The Bachelorette," as well as members from the male erotic dance company Chippendales showed their love for Jennifer Lopez, or rather, her wax figure at the Madame Tussauds museums in Hollywood and in Las Vegas, weeks after she and husband Marc Anthony announced their split.
"J-Lo has always been one of our most popular figures but she's been getting even more attention since the news of her single status," Colin Thomas, General Manager of Madame Tussauds Hollywood, said in statement obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com. "We decided to invite former TV Bachelors living in the area to get up close with J-Lo."
Jennifer Lopez and boyfriend Casper Smart attended the grand opening of restaurant Planet Dailies and its cocktail lounge Mixology 101 in Los Angeles on April 5, 2012. The event included a screening of the "American Idol" judge's new music video, "Dance Again," which features Smart.
The venues are the brainchild of Robert Earl, who also founded Planet Hollywood International. He also attended the opening, as did "American Idol" finalist Pia Toscano, singer Cee Lo Green of NBC's "The Voice," TV personality Mario Lopez and "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" cast member Lisa Vanderpump, who recently received a Bravo spin-off called "SUR," named after her own Hollywood restaurant and lounge. Check out photos from the event.
Jennifer Lopez is raising eyebrows because she sang "Happy Birthday" to the leader of Turkmenistan, who has been criticized by human rights groups over his oppressive rule in the former Soviet state.
The 44-year-old singer and actress would have not have even attended the Saturday event "had there been knowledge of human rights issues any kind," her spokesperson told CNN.
