Jennifer Aniston film beating Justin Bieber's at box office
"Just Go With It," the new romantic comedy film starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston, is currently beating "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never," the biopic about the teen pop singer by the same name, at the U.S. box office by less than $300,000.
Sandler's movie grossed $30.5 million domestically since its Friday release, while Bieber's has made $30.2 million since it hit theaters the same day.
In third place is "Gnomeo & Juliet," the animated film featuring the music of Elton John, with $25.3 million. It was also released on Friday.
In "Just Go With It," Sandler, 44, plays a plastic surgeon who tells women he is married to avoid commitment. Some of them seem to like that, but when a woman he actually likes finds his fake wedding ring, he says that his marriage is not working out. Aniston plays his office manager who agrees to pose as his soon-to-be ex-wife.
The movie marks the big-screen debut of Brooklyn Decker, a 23-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model. It also stars Oscar-wnning actress Nicole Kidman, 43.
