Javier Bardem, best known for his Academy Award-winning performance in the 2007 film No Country for Old Men, is reportedly set to appear on Glee in the upcoming second season.
Bardem will play a rock star who befriends Artie, the wheelchair-bound glee club member played by Kevin McCale, Entertainment Weekly said, quoting the Oscar winner as saying: "Were going to rock the house. Were going to do some heavy metal Spanish heavy metal, which is the worst."
John Stamos of Full House and ER fame had recently confirmed his own guest appearance on Glee, FOX's hit musical comedy series. Stamos is set to play a dentist who battles Matthew Morrison's character, glee club director Will Schuester, for the affections of guidance counselor Emma Pillsbury, played by Jayma Mays.
