Jason Mraz gets engaged to Tristan Prettyman

Jason Mraz recently became engaged to girlfriend Tristan Prettyman, a fellow pop and rock singer-songwriter who called him the "man of my dreams" after she accepted his proposal.

Mraz, 33, is known for hits such as "I'm Yours," which was released in 2008. Prettyman, 28, has dated Mraz on and off since 2006 and the two have performed together.

"SHE SAID YES," Mraz wrote on his Twitter page late on Thursday.

Prettyman Tweeted: "For Once. I Am Speechless. I did good! holy crap! man of my dreams!!! for the rest of my life!!!"
