Jaime Pressly recently pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence after being charged earlier this week.
The 33-year-old Emmy-winning actress, who starred in the comedy series "My Name is Earl," was arrested on January 6 in Los Angeles after being stopped for a traffic violation. She spent the night in jail.
Pressly registered a .22 blood alcohol level, nearly three times the legal limit, according to People magazine, which said she pleaded guilty to two two misdemeanor DUI charges. She is set to appear at a hearing on the case on March 18, it added.
Pressly played Joy Turner on "My Name is Earl," which starred Jason Lee, from 2005 to 2009. She also starred in films such as "Can't Hardly Wait" in 1998 and "I Love You Man" in 2009.
