Jaime Pressly arrested on DUI suspicion - see mug shot

Jaime Pressly, an Emmy-winning actress who starred on the comedy series "My Name is Earl," was recently arrested in Los Angeles on suspicion of drunk driving and has spent a night in jail.

The 33-year-old has not commented. She was booked after being stopped for a traffic violation late on Wednesday, the Associated Press reported. She was released on Thursday after posting $15,000 bail. Her blood-alcohol level was not disclosed.

Pressly played Joy Turner on "My Name is Earl," which starred Jason Lee, from 2005 to 2009. She has also starred in films such as "Can't Hardly Wait" in 1998 and "I Love You Man" in 2009.
