Holly Madison, ex of Playboy's Hugh Hefner, expecting baby
Holly Madison is expecting her first bundle of joy.
The former live-in girlfriend of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, who once starred in the E! reality show "The Girls Next Door," is expecting her first child with boyfriend of nine months Pasquale Rotella, 38, according to Us Weekly.
The 32-year-old personality and her party promoter boyfriend shared their excitement on Twitter.
"Thank you for all of the words of congratulations!" she Tweeted on August 29.
Madison, who is 12 weeks along in her pregnancy, also received a congratulatory Tweet from Hefner himself.
"Holly Madison is expecting. Congratulations, Holly, and much love," he Tweeted on August 29.
The mom-to-be told Us Weekly that while she's currently excited and feeling good, she didn't know it would happen so soon.
"I've always wanted to be a mom," Madison said. "But I thought it would take longer!...I've been lucky! No morning sickness, but I do get a little nauseous. It happens before my show, so I keep ginger ale backstage."
Madison stars in the highly acclaimed Las Vegas burlesque show "Peepshow" as the starring character "Bo peep." The former playmate nabbed the role in June 2009, and has been performing in the live show since.
"The Girls Next Door" debuted in 2005 and also starred Hefner's then-girlfriends Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt. Following the series' end in 2010, Madison earned her own spin-off show, "Holly's World," which followed the playmate's life in Vegas.
