The 24-year-old "Lizzie McGuire" actress titled the post, "Welcome to the World Luca Cruz Comrie." Duff and Comrie, a 31-year-old former NHL player, began dating in 2007 and got married on August 14, 2010 in Santa Barbara, California.
Duff announced the gender of her child during her appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in October. "It's a boy! I had a feeling it was a boy the whole time," she told DeGeneres.

Duff recently dished to OnTheRedCarpet.com correspondent Rachel Smith about her unusual pregnancy cravings.

Comrie announced his retirement from the NHL on February 13, after his third hip surgery in five years. The Canadian athlete played for Edmonton, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Ottawa, the New York Islanders and Pittsburgh during his career.
