Heidi Klum experienced the scare of her life during a family vacation in Hawaii, when her son Henry, 7, and his two nannies got caught in a riptide while swimming in the sea off the coast of Oahu.

Thankfully, the 39-year-old German supermodel and reality star was able to rescue them, with the help of her boyfriend and bodyguard, Martin Kirsten.

Heidi Klum will be joining "America's Got Talent" this upcoming season as a new judge, NBC announced on Monday, March 4.

Klum will be the fourth judge on the panel and this season will be the first time the show has had four judges. It was previously announced that Spice Girl Mel B had signed on as a judge and will join returning judges Howie Mandel and Howard Stern in the summer.

Joan Rivers, a Jewish comedienne and longtime TV fashion critic, refuses to apologize over what she says was a joke made about Heidi Klum's look at a post-Oscars party, in which she referenced the Nazi Holocaust.

"The last time a German looked this hot was when they were pushing Jews into the ovens, Rivers, 79, said about the supermodel's racy, cleavage-bearing dress, while commenting about Oscar looks on the E! Network show "Fashion Police" on Monday.

Heidi Klum knows how to be the life of the party and the supermodel showed Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show" her table dancing skills during her appearance on January 23.

The subject of her table top dancing came up during her interview when Leno pulled out a picture of Klum at a Golden Globes after party doing just that. Her interview can be seen below.

The 39-year-old supermodel and host of "Project Runaway" also graces the cover of the outlet's February 2013 issue. Klum filed for divorce from Seal in April 2012. They share four children together, including a daughter from her previous relationship with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore. Klum is currently linked to her bodyguard, Martin Kristen.

Late last month, Seal told a camera man in a video posted on TMZ, "I would have thought Heidi would have showed a little bit more class and at least waited until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help."

Heidi Klum ditched her usual heavy makeup and dons a fresh-faced look in a photo shot for the BBC Network's Children In Need "BearFaced" campaign, a charity's new promotional effort for an annual celebrity-packed fundraising telethon broadcast by the UK network.

This year's show, or "Appeal Night," airs on November 16. Children in Need is the BBC's UK corporate charity and raises money to help children and young people who are disadvantaged.

Heidi Klum has spoken out about her estranged husband Seal after the singer made sarcastic comments about her to a member of the paparazzi when asked about her rumored new boyfriend.

"I cherish all of the great memories Seal and I created together over the years," Klum said in a statement to People magazine. "Our separation was based on issues between the two of us," she continues. "Seal has moved on and so have I. My priority has and continues to be protecting and providing for our children."

Heidi Klum's ex-husband Seal is less-than-thrilled that the supermodel has been romantically linked to her bodyguard.

"Look boys, that's what happens when two people separate, they move on and that generally means [they have] other people in their lives," Seal told a TMZ cameraman on August 31. I don't necessarily expect Heidi to all of a sudden become a nun but as always, my main priority is the emotional well-being of our children and to be quite honest, if there is going to be somebody in their lives, I'd much rather it be a familiar face."

A spokesperson for Seal is clarifying remarks the singer made last week in which he said he wished his estranged wife Heidi Klum didn't "fornicate with the help."

Heidi Klum shared a striking photo with fans on Twitter of herself as a teenager, shortly after she was discovered, looking barely recognizable.
