Supermodel Heidi Klum made the best of her situation after being stood up by Motown legend Smokey Robinson at a celebrity karaoke event called Playlist With The A-List on March 15.

Klum said she was going to sing "My Girl" with the crooner, who couldn't attend the event due to scheduling issues, but instead lit up the dance floor by singing The Village People hit "Y.M.C.A.," according to The Hollywood Reporter. The model reportedly got a little help from fellow celebrities like Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson.

Also on board for the charity event were "House of Lies" co-stars Kristen Bell and Don Cheadle singing James Brown's "Get on Up" and "Desperate Housewives" actors James Denton, Kyle MacLachlan and Doug Savant singing "What I Like About You" and "R.O.C.K. In The USA." "Castle" stars John Huertas and Seamus Dever also appeared on stage to sing the Warren G and Nate Dogg song "Regulate." Check out photo from the event here.

The event was hosted by "Dancing With The Stars" host Tom Bergeron and was held to raise awareness for the UNICEF initiative Schools For Africa. According to the Hollywood Reporter the event raised $75,000 in 2011 and helped build a school in Malawi. At the end of the night, the event raised $400,000.

Klum, who announced in January she and Seal had decided to end their nearly seven-year marriage, recently opened up about going through a divorce to Elle magazine.

"It's emotions inside of your body that are a tornado. And then the outside world doing all this craziness -- with you wanting it or not wanting it -- is another tornado," she added.

The "Project Runway" host and "Kiss from a Rose" singer got married May 10, 2005 and have three biological children together, Henry Gunther, 6, Johan Riley, 5, and Lou, 2. Seal also adopted Klum's 7-year-old daughter, Leni, from her previous relationship with Flavio Briatore. Klum was previously married to celebrity hairstylist Ric Pipino.

Klum stays tight lipped about what went wrong in the marriage. "To the outside world, you don't really share all the things that happen. You kind of share just the most amazing sides," she said. "But I don't really want to get into any of that stuff. With my life, my family, my business -- I want to go forward."
