Halle Berry spends time with ex Gabriel Aubry following split

Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have been spending time together with their 2-year-old daughter Nahla in places such as Disneyland, South Africa and most recently, London, since their split earlier this year.

They appear friendly but not intimate in celebrity photographs of their outings and and are keeping mum on the nature of their current relationship.

"We have always been friends, we're still friends, we love each other very much, and we both share the love of our lives," Berry, 44, told Vogue in early August. "And we are both 100 percent committed to being the best parents we can be."

The actress' spokesperson had confirmed in May that Berry and Aubry, a model who turns 34 on Monday, had broken up but would remain committed to Nahla.

Earlier this week, the two were photographed swinging their daughter up by her arms as they walked on opposite sides of her on a street in the London district of Kensington, the UK newspaper The Daily Mail reported.

They also made stops at Buckingham Palace, the luxury department store Harrods and the London Eye ferris wheel, People magazine said.

In June, the three were photographed at Disneyland in California and in July, they flew to South Africa, where Berry's latest film, the 2011 thriller Dark Tide, is filming. People quoted an unnamed onlooker as saying the two "were together but distant" and "didn't behave as if they were a couple in love. He did his thing and she did hers."

In addition to Dark Tide, Berry, an Oscar winner, is also reportedly set to play an agoraphobic shoe addict in the movie Shoe Addicts Anonymous, based on the novel by Beth Harbison, in what would mark her first comedy film in more than a decade.
