Gwyneth Paltrow to perform at the Academy Awards
Gwyneth Paltrow is scheduled to perform "Coming Home" from her recent film, "Country Strong" at the upcoming 83rd annual Academy Awards.
Also scheduled to perform are "Tangled" co-stars Mandy Moore and Zachary Levi, who will perform "I See the Light," while Alan Menken accompanies them on the piano. Randy Newman will perform his nominated song, "We Belong Together" from the animated flick, "Toy Story 3." And A.R. Rahman and Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine will perform "If I Rise," which was nominated for 'Best Original Song,' from the film "127 Hours."
It was announced on Thursday that Paltrow will also perform at the Grammy Awards with Cee Lo Green, who's song she covered when she guest-starred as a free-spirited substitute teacher on "Glee" this fall.
It was announced on Monday that Robert Downey Jr. will join the long list of celebrities presenting at the 83rd Academy Awards ceremony, along with Halle Berry, Jeff Bridges, Sandra Bullock, Marisa Tomei and Oprah Winfrey.
